Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:
If you receive an order with a missing item, a damaged product, a quality issue, or a wrong item, please return the package immediately to your delivery agent.
After you accept the package, we cannot process claims for missing, wrong, or defective items.
A replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery (only applicable for food and grocery items).
Refunds are applicable only for canceled items due to product unavailability.
In case of an undelivered order, refunds will be processed after deducting any discounted amount, if applicable.
If there is a technical issue with an order, delivery, or refund, Masapu.com will resolve it and provide proper service as soon as possible.
In the case of returns, the buyer must bear all transportation and courier costs.
If a customer cancels an order placed through EMI, the applicable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Masapu.com reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours for unavoidable or unforeseen reasons.
Requirements for a Valid Return:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
- Product in its original packaging
Valid Conditions and Reasons for Return:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective product delivered
- Product delivered with missing parts
- Incorrect product details shown on the website
Non-Returnable Products:
- Underwear or inner garments
- Swimwear
- Skincare, cosmetics, and perfumes
- Personal hygiene products (earrings, wigs, combs, etc.)
- Consumable goods such as cigars or beverages
Installation Service Terms:
For products requiring installation or fitting, services will be provided within 3 working days after receiving the product.
Once a product is received and installed, it cannot be returned.
Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability:
Order delivery depends on product availability from our vendor or warehouse.
If a product is unavailable, Masapu.com may cancel or deliver the order within 4–25 working days.
If advance payment was made, the customer will receive a full refund within 1–10 working days, or the cashback/discount amount will be adjusted with the refund.
If an order is canceled by the customer after online payment, Masapu.com will deduct the online gateway transaction fee during refund processing.
Advance payment may be required for certain products. Orders without required advance payment may be canceled.
Return/Replacement Guarantee May Not Apply If:
- Product is damaged due to misuse
- Product malfunction not covered by warranty
- Consumable items already used or installed
- Missing or tampered serial numbers
- Returned without original box, packaging, or accessories
Same/Next Day Delivery:
- Available for selected vendors within Dhaka city only.
- Orders confirmed before 10:00 AM are eligible for same/next-day delivery.
- Delivery time starts after confirmation by our customer service agent.
- Masapu.com reserves the right to deliver or cancel any order.
- Customers may request order cancellation if they disagree with same/next-day delivery terms.
Note:
Replacement or refund is subject to product availability on Masapu.com.

বাতিলকরণ, রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি:
যদি আপনি কোনো অর্ডারে ভুল পণ্য, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য, মানের সমস্যা বা অনুপস্থিত আইটেম পান, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে অবিলম্বে ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের কাছে প্যাকেজটি ফেরত দিন।
প্যাকেজটি গ্রহণ করার পর হারানো, ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রতিস্থাপনের অনুরোধ করতে হবে (শুধুমাত্র খাদ্য ও মুদিখানার পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য)।
পণ্যের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র বাতিলকৃত অর্ডারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
যদি কোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভারি না হয়, তাহলে ডিসকাউন্টকৃত অর্থ বাদে বাকি টাকাটি রিফান্ড করা হবে।
অর্ডার, ডেলিভারি বা রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা সমাধান হলে গ্রাহককে যথাযথ সেবা প্রদান করা হবে।
রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে সমস্ত পরিবহন ও কুরিয়ার খরচ বহন করতে হবে।
গ্রাহক যদি EMI-এর মাধ্যমে প্রদত্ত অর্ডার বাতিল করেন, তাহলে EMI প্রসেসিং ফি রিফান্ডের টাকা থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
Masapu.com যেকোনো অর্ডার ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
একটি বৈধ রিটার্নের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়তা:
- ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ (অর্ডার নম্বর, চালান ইত্যাদি)
- মূল প্যাকেজসহ পণ্য
রিটার্নের বৈধ শর্তাবলী ও কারণ:
- ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি
- ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি
- অংশ অনুপস্থিত থাকা
- ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল পণ্যের বিবরণ
যেসব পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না:
- অন্তর্বাস
- সাঁতারের পোশাক
- ত্বকের যত্ন, প্রসাধনী ও পারফিউম
- ব্যক্তিগত স্বাস্থ্যবিধি সামগ্রী (কানের দুল, চিরুনি, উইগ ইত্যাদি)
- ভোগ্য দ্রব্য যেমন পানীয়, সিগার
ইনস্টলেশন পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী:
যেসব পণ্যের ইনস্টলেশন প্রয়োজন, সেগুলির ইনস্টলেশন পরিষেবা ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রদান করা হবে।
পণ্য প্রাপ্তির পরে এবং ইনস্টলেশন সম্পন্ন হলে, পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না।
পণ্যের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে বাতিলকরণ ও রিফান্ড:
অর্ডার ডেলিভারি বিক্রেতা বা গুদামে পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে।
যদি কোনো পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ থাকে, তাহলে Masapu.com ৪ থেকে ২৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার বাতিল বা সম্পন্ন করতে পারে।
গ্রাহক অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করলে, তিনি ১–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড পাবেন অথবা ক্যাশব্যাক/ডিসকাউন্টের অর্থ সমন্বয় করা হবে।
গ্রাহক যদি অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর তা বাতিল করেন এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট করা থাকে, তবে রিফান্ডের সময় অনলাইন গেটওয়ে ফি কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
নির্দিষ্ট কিছু পণ্যের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। এ ধরনের অর্ডারে অর্থপ্রদান না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়:
- পণ্যের অপব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি
- প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির বাইরে থাকা ত্রুটি
- ব্যবহৃত বা ইনস্টল করা ভোগ্যপণ্য
- টেম্পারড বা অনুপস্থিত সিরিয়াল নম্বর
- মূল প্যাকেজ বা আনুষাঙ্গিক ছাড়া ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্য
একই/পরের দিন ডেলিভারি:
- শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা শহরের মধ্যে নির্বাচিত বিক্রেতাদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
- সকাল ১০:০০ টার আগে নিশ্চিত করা অর্ডার একই বা পরের দিন ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
- ডেলিভারি সময় গণনা শুরু হবে যখন অর্ডার কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিম দ্বারা নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
- Masapu.com যেকোনো অর্ডার ডেলিভারি বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
- গ্রাহক যদি একই/পরের দিন ডেলিভারির শর্তে একমত না হন, তাহলে বাতিলের অনুরোধ করতে পারবেন।
